I didn't know an franchised dealer can refuse a factory approved warranty claim. What was their justification? Good luck, hope you get a satisfactory resolution. carl

If a dealer doesn't want to work on your car don't push the issue. The last thing you want is someone working on your car that doesn't want to. Go elsewhere and file a complaint.
