Well at least it didn't start with a pileup of crybabies and even a vendor calling the owner out and demanding his VIN. Seems like the most people are keeping their composure as the more and more problems with the C7 Z06 continue to surface.

This will be my last post in this thread until i get with GM and figure out what action to take. I have recieved the worst customer service ever from the dealer I took the car to. They refused to take the car in and they refused to offer any warranty work. A tech guy came and had me start the car few times and heard the noise and confirmed its an engine noise failure. They had me start the car mutliple times and the last time i did it started smoking where they told me to kill it and not start it again.

I requested to talk to the Warranty Manager, he didnt really even care to talk to me or even see me. The dealer told me send the car to the dealer who sold you the car and have them get you a different car or fix it. I asked ((very very nicely)) to get a letter that says they refuse to offer me warranty work with the car's vin number and they said they do not have to generate such letter and will not give me one.

I then requested the dealer to contact GM directly about it, and they told me to read the warranty book that came with the car and they will not contact GM and if i wanted i can contact them myself (they were nice and offered me the phone number!!)

Heck I didnt even recieve the warranty manager business card when i asked for one and all i got is a piece of paper with his name hand written by the service guy with his office number.

I will not go in details to why and what exactly was going on, but no matter what it was, I would think I should recieve better treatment especially since i own the newest and most exepnsive car chevrolet currently sells!!!!! Nope! I cant believe those guys are authurized chevrolet and GM dealer!!!!!

Kaylee expect an email from me in few hours after i rest as I am really tired right now....

Sorry to hear about all your troubles. Is there a Autonations dealer near you? Their service is phenomenal.

A Chevrolet dealership is refusing to perform warranty work on a new Chevrolet vehicle? WTF? No more Mr. Nice Guy, OP. Time to take the gloves off!

Why not post the name of the dealership - or did I miss it? At this point, we need to know.

Here I go again - what did I miss? Couldn't find a post from OBSSD that referenced NORCALSS. I did find one where he referenced Skank - is that you?

OP, if the dealer sending u away does not have a qualified corvette tech employed there, they are doing u a favor. Trust me, u don't want the guy who changes the oil in a Malibu changing your engine. Get with Chevy customer service and get it to a dealer with a qualified tech.

If not, u could end up in the service dept forever and get a car back with numerous problems stemming from a less than perfect install. Trust me, it happens everyday. Try to speak to the tech himself and have him keep u informed, service writers often don't have as much mech understanding as some owners....unless they had been a tech.

I'm traveling today. If you want the truth from the horses mouth, Read his post history. Post's dated 1/11/2015, 1/27/2015, and 3/1/2015. Pretty obvious what's going on with his warranty troubles. Post 1/11/2015 he states he had ARH headers/ Pulley/ Cold Air Intake on the car. Post 1/27/2015 he posts the car For Sale with or without the ARH headers (for a up charge he will leave them on). Post 3/1/2015 he actually is trying to sell his stock exhaust manifold, cats, and mid pipe. Read those post's and it pretty much tells his story. He's in trouble with this.

skank, you've laid out a post timeline about his FIRST 2015 Z06. This service issue is with his SECOND 2015 Z06. You're missing this basic error in your logic, and even the OP has pointed this out.

I pointed out these same errors previously as well as your erroneous accusations on the heads and axles (both for a LT1/C7 Stingray...not a C7 Z06) which you've now left out. And unless you want to add odometer fraud to your list (first Z06 had 500+ miles...this second Z06 has under 300), you owe the OP an apology.

Demand a new car. There is a precedent for this.

You are rolling the dice with the odds stacked against you that some yahoo at a Chevy dealer will be able to install everything 100% proper like they usually do at the factory.

I drive 40 miles to a specific Chevy dealer whenever I have to service my my car and I'm in Los Angeles with tons of dealers close by that are not competent enough to handle a Corvette.

Get a new car. Most of the people patting you on the back on this thread would do the same if this happened to them.

What 2nd car? There is absolutely nothing in his posts that indicate a second car. Where did this second car notion come from? He was trying to sell his white/blue ZO6 after a month and a half of owning it. READ HIS POSTS !!!

Bro dont even bother wasting your time. His facts are all wrong. Has no proof of anything he is saying, and he is just coming to his own conclusions.
