There are plenty of vids of Hellcats beating the Z06 in rolls, as well as vids of the Z06 beating the Hellcats in rolls.
Of course notwithstanding the fact the jump decides nearly all these races, Mr. Brooks has an agenda, so he'll ONLY post the former, and never the latter.

Yeah right if this is one I have already seen. (not bothering to look) The driver in the Z06 knows nothing about driving or wheel spin. The Z06 is spinning while the Hellcat is not. Really is a joke for a race. Nice post,

Gents, for the record I own both cars, both stock, both 2015's, and both manual. I have run these cars against each other...both with me driving the ZO6 and the HC. I need to video my future runs. The ZO6 pulls away from the HC at 30, 40, 50, 60 etc. It doesn't matter whether it's a roll, or a dig, the Vette is much faster.
I either got a DUD HC or Vette, but I can't come to terms with these videos. My ZO6 blows the doors off my HC. Granted, a manual race vs. auto may be a bit different, but that is my experience.

Gotta call BS on that one. Take a picture of a rental C7 the next time your there as proof. I travel through those airports often and have to rent cars all the time...Never saw a C7 as an option.

FLL/ MIA, to name a few but they are in most large airports - Avis has 'em as well as a whack of other sports cars, and they're not the only ones either. Most car rental companies have them. I see them there all the time. Maybe you need to do some simple research and just go online to the car rental companies...or didn't you think of that?

Give it a rest.... its not as bad as you think.What people fail to realize is there is always a different story that they might not see via the video. Everyone jumps to conclusions too fast.
This was an organized street race at a common spot in downtown Pontiac in Detroit. The end of the 1/4 mile was at the red light exactly 1320 feet.
30 people were at the side of the road watching at that light. You can see them to the right on the grass at the light taking video. The south side of the street was blocked off--dead end parking lot.
The guy in the turn lane to pull out of the HP building was there blocking traffic so nobody would pull out. He was there purposely waiting with his hazards on. Everyone was blocking the traffic in that direction. Sure going through a red light is stupid, but this time you can see the people had it blocked and it was expected for that race. Read the comments in the video.
Yes-- street racing is dumb... Speeding is dumb.... getting on the gas passing someone is dumb on a public road...bla. bla.. bla.... We all do it from time to time and if you say you never got on the gas or broke any traffic laws your kidding yourself. Yes take it to the track

I know you and I will defend manual shift transmissions with a third peddle to the end of time..........but a 10 speed automatic? Are you kidding me? May be time to rethink this. Bet its an option on the 2017 Z06 as well. SMH
