VIN decoder pricing? What are you looking for? Any dealer can run any recent GM VIN through GMGlobalConnect and get you an entire history, all for free. Heck, when I was last searching for a car my sales guy gave me his GM login so I could search. I'd look it up for you myself but he's changed his password! :-)
