Default Ferodo DS1.11 and Girodisc rotors

Does anyone know if the Ferodo DS1.11 front and rear pads will fit properly with Girodisc rotors that replace the C7 ZO6 OEM iron brakes? I’ve searched and haven’t found an answer. I see most people run Raybestos pads with the Girodiscs and there are apparently some fitment issues with certain pads and these rotors. I prefer Ferodo DS1.11 and would like to continue using them so I’m trying to do my homework here. Otherwise I may just spring for the front AP 9668 kit. Thanks.

That should be fine. I can certainly verify for you ASAP. I don’t think that is one of the cases where the pads need to be clearancesd.

Thanks Ken. Do you sell the Girodisc rotors for OEM iron replacement or only CCB replacement?

I called Girodisc couple of days ago to verify that Carbotech works will with their rotor. The tech told me that they modified the hats to work with all track pads.Give them a call, they are very helpful and available.

Just to follow up, I installed the Girodisc A1-147 and A2-147 rotors for my 19 ZO6 with iron brakes. The Ferodo DS1.11 pads front and rear fit without issue. Thanks to Ken at KNS Brakes for the support and smooth transaction!
