Electrical Issues?
I've encountered at least 3 weird issues with my 19 Z, and I'm trying to figure out if they're related and what to do about them.
1) It does the engine bay "chirping" noise that others have said could be the AC compressor. I haven't taken it in for a replacement yet. Video:
2) Probably half the time I remote start it when it's been sitting for a few hours it just powers on (my radar detector turns on, dash lights up, etc) but doesn't actually crank the engine. If I try to open a door, the window doesn't drop like normal. Remote start/window drop works if I try again after 30 seconds or so.
3) The engine fan sometimes keeps running after the car is powered off. It stops if I turn the car fully back on and off again. It seems to only do this when it's hot outside and the AC has been running for a while. Video:
Anyone else commonly experience #2 or 3? What do you guys make of it?
