I have not seen nor heard, is Chevy imposing the 6 months ownership on the Erays before selling to have a tranferable warranty like on the Z's?

I did not have to sign this document when I bought my eray ar the end of last month & was told that’s not true for e-rays?

In this a new or outdated addendum?

is it enforceable if I was never presented or signed the agreement that you posted above?

On the chevrolet warranty page there's mention of the Z06 under the FAQ section, but that may just not be updated now that the E-ray is out in the wild...

I signed it at #1 when my order went in in August and now at 3000. I saw one on Mecum with no warranty and went for almost $8K less than MSRP and I as some thought was because it had no warranty.
