Default Warranty & 6 Month Window

I have not seen nor heard, is Chevy imposing the 6 months ownership on the Erays before selling to have a tranferable warranty like on the Z's?

I did not have to sign this document when I bought my eray ar the end of last month & was told that’s not true for e-rays?

In this a new or outdated addendum?

is it enforceable if I was never presented or signed the agreement that you posted above?

please advise!

I'm guessing you're the Nate on YouTube. ;-)

On the chevrolet warranty page there's mention of the Z06 under the FAQ section, but that may just not be updated now that the E-ray is out in the wild...

Curious, I dug a little deeper, and the warranty manual is also available here: 24_CHEV_WM_en_US_U_17457720C_2023OCT02_3 P.pdf (chevrolet.com)

This shows this on page 5:

I signed it at #1 when my order went in in August and now at 3000. I saw one on Mecum with no warranty and went for almost $8K less than MSRP and I as some thought was because it had no warranty.
