I understand about removing the throttle body (+controller), but needing to switch the air filter back is a little crazy. Will they add the supercharger if you already have a cat-back exhaust installed?
I was told the reason for restoring the engine to stock was that their calibrations were developed on a stock LT2. I wouldn't think a cat-back exhaust would be a problem, but I'd pose this question to the guys at Callaway. FWIW my car has a Borla exhaust and that wasn't an issue.

i think they are ok with a cat back. I am having my car built now and shipped to them and they know i am doing a corsa and didn't seem to have any issue. Not sure what happens if you try to throw on a ported tb or headers though. I would assume an intake wouldn't change much but im no expert.
Any one that already has the Callaway package do any additional performance mods besides cat back?
I received my 2025 Callaway E-Ray (SN: 007) in early January and have had additional modifications (primarily carbon fiber trim), tint, PPF, etc. since. So far, so good. :-)
Even though I live in SW Florida the car still does not have 500 miles; however, there are several more/different ECM calibrations in 2025 than 2024.
Callaway personnel and service were first class and responsive. I primarily selected them based on their reputation and their work does not void any warranties.
Additionally, there will be an ECM update once the car reaches 1500 miles; considering I travel frequently I do not drive the car that much; however, I should have some pictures to share in about two weeks after the car is photographed.
Finally, the blog stats are correct, I think this is my first post in 15 years even though I have owned a current generation corvette since 1990.
Any idea what's different on the 24 vs 25 ECM calibration?
Do you have to take the car to the dealer for the 1500mi calibration? Is there an authorized dealer nearby?

Not sure how many, but several.... Callaway had the car about 4 weeks in total, but it was also over Thanksgiving and Christmas.
I told them i did not want the car until they were satisfied and everything is working as designed.
Regarding ECM upgrades/updates, Callaway works directly with local dealer to send the ECM software update and walks the local technician through it... based on my conversations with them and their history, i am not concerned.... the actual service will be performed locally with the strict supervision and guidance from Callaway...
Remember, it does NOT void the warranties, so both Callaway and local Chevy service centers have a vested interest in getting it done properly.
The owner of the car is a good fella and has owned Callaway Corvettes before, plus a Callaway Camaro, Callaway Impala (with a 6 speed manual), and now this one
I think this might be the car I saw at the Callaway demo at Carlisle last year. When I was at their shop in Old Lyme, I asked about getting the supercharger cover on mine painted red like this one and I was told that it was a one-off. The powder coating was too expensive (?) so they decided not to offer it as an option.
I also got my supercharger painted by Callaway. After I saw Rich Udell’s orange C8 with matching supercharger I requested they paint mine.
Well, dang. I wonder why they wouldn't paint mine? They had my car mid-September 2024. May I ask when they did your car? I wonder if they changed their policy about painting them.
I would talk to Callaway before tackling such a project. You basically have to remove and disassemble the supercharger to prepare for painting, then reinstall.
