So, how's the steering feel?
Every time I start researching purchasing another old Ferrari, I end up asking myself why I'm bothering with these finicky things, life's too short. I'm just going to get a C8 Z51 and slap an Edelbrock S/C on it when they come out.
So how is the steering feel?
(I will fix the pix in my sig tomorrow.)

Alright alright.... I was wrong. My car broke 500 miles and I took it for a rip in the Malibu canyons and the steering in Sport or Track is pretty damn good. I didn't want to love this car so much since I'm really into Porsches but damn.... its good for a base car! I need the Z06 ASAP

Nice to see you back here again, I know you overseas, but glad you are safe back with us again, and perhaps back in the seat of Corvette again.
Stay safe with this nasty Virus, right now nothing to do but take a cruise, or look at 4 walls! I prefer the cruise.
Stay well, and enjoy being retired.

I need to get more miles on my car before Thursday when Matt Farah is going to take my car out for a One Take on his Smoking Tire show. So far from the limited driving, the steering feels numb, power is good though. Its hard though to compare a base Corvette to a GT4 as I'm sure the Z06 will feel much more connected with firmer bushings and such.

It looks like you're in SoCal, come join us at a SpeedDistrict event this summer! I'm likely selling the GT4 this summer to pick up a 991.2 GT3RS but I'm very tempted to buy a McLaren 600LT Spider. I'll track the C8 and enjoy it but its more for the lady in my life : )

I love my 991.2 GT3RS. Just a fantastic car. I'm working on a deal for 600LT coupe right now. They will be a fun pair!

/\ Psssshhhhh JEALOUS!!! I ordered the C8 back in September and I have been really excited to get it but its almost disappointing because I should have just bought a 600LT. I have $91k into my C8 where I could have bought a 600LT Spider for $220k used... Once prices continue to drop, I'll make a move on a GT3RS or 600LT this summer/fall.

The Porsche GT cars will definitely spoil you. I recently drove a McLaren 570GT, which is not really a track oriented car, and boy was it a disappointment compared to my 3RS. It felt very numb to me in steering feel, brake feel, and had very little sound in the cabin. It's a cool looking car, and actually felt like it had more power than my 3RS, but I thought it was boring to drive.

I find the steering to be very direct, you get feedback from the road and weight is nice. It's super easy to place the front tires exactly where you want them. To me, the steering feel is not that much different than my GT4... if anything, the car responds more urgently to steering input. The reality is steering "feel" is massively subjective.
