Does the C8 fit on a Quick Jack, unequivocally yes and no

Going to be interesting to see if the SLX frame extensions fit under the car. @Robertbruceb where did you jack the front from? Each side at a time and put the tire on a ramp?
I still haven't ordered my quick jack and will be getting the 5000 EXT.

I'm kind of curious about lifting it from the side. I'll see how that fits soon, maybe tonight.

I read a long time ago that the SLX at 60" would work on a C8...it does, as you have shown, but it is about 3 1/2 " short of being perfect for the lifting holes.
The 7000SLX arrived at my place about a week ago in preparation for the C8. I will get the extension kit from Home Depot but it is nice to know that the SLX version handles the C8.
It will be interesting to see what you find out about the side to side lift configuration.

So here is mine up on my Quick Jack and it isn't even close to fitting. Here are some dimensions and what I did to the large block to use up front. With seeing pics of these falling off lifts, I certainly wasn't going to bias the weight to the front. The lifting blocks (modified) were probably 3 inches behind the front holes, wouldn't reach the puck by a fair amount. The car was amazingly stable and secure, in fact my son opened the door and got in the car without a wiggle. So it does work and work well, but the distance between puck lifting holes isn't even close.
All the way up.
Tape was kind of twisted in hole, no helper so may be closer to 63 1/2 - 64 inches between holes.
This is max distance between trays. Mine is a SLX7000
Modified block so it fits flat on the frame, but doesn't touch painted rocker.

I have been wondering about this. I want to get a lift for my lifted 4Runner, my C6 Vette, and my incoming C8 (someday). Looks like we'll need the -ext version to get it long enough. The BL-7000EXT says is has a minimum height specs of 3.5 inches. Will that fit under the C8?From their site:
A - Frame only: 3.5" (89 mm)
B - With 2" block: 3.75" (95 mm)

Lowered height BL-7000EXT

Do you happen to have the measurements for the pucks side-to-side? From the C8's under body diagram posted on this forum, it looks like the side-to-side distance is 4 - 5 inches sorter than the length wise measurements and existing SLX users can lift the C8 this way. Thanks.
It looks like an EXT would be ideal for a C8. I just took this pic with pucks in front and back. The tape was hooked on the front edge of the front puck to measure maximum distance.
Thanks for the heads up on the Quick Jack. I went out yesterday to change oil in my C8 and saw the measurements didn't work so I backed the car up on my race ramps and jacked up the front end to change oil. After reading your post this morning I ordered a set of SLX Frame Extensions. The cheapest I found were from Home Depot. $256.74 including tax shipped right to my door. No shipping fee. I ordered a set as I have the 5VM kit ordered from C7Carbon and wanted to be safe when I installed them.

I checked this the other day and it was mid 50s inches, don't recall exact, but well inside of the 60" on the QJ trays.

As with other posters in this thread, I have the QuickJack 5000 model and use it on different rides. I also was looking at the frame extenders, can you post up how the SLX Frame Extensions fit with lifting the C8?
With this new QuickJack accessory, you will now be able to accommodate OEM jack points that are spread farther apart that the current SLX models allow. These easy-to-use extensions make it convenient and safe to gain up to 6" of extra reach and 1.5" of extra lifting height. It’s just as easy to remove and return your SLX to its regular state. This is the ideal QuickJack accessory for anyone with multiple vehicles and a variance of chassis measurements.

Instantly increase QuickJack's versatility
When you own multiple vehicles, you probably use each one for a different purpose. There’s your daily driver, your racer, your hotrod, your truck, etc. QuickJack is an extremely versatile car lift, but QuickJack’s standard, 60" lift point spread won't cover everything. With this new QuickJack accessory, you will now be able to accommodate OEM jack points that are spread farther apart that the current SLX models allow. After lifting mine several times, I'm not changing or buying anything. It is so solid on the lift, regardless of front wheels removed or backs, that it just couldn't be any more stable. The first time I slid them under the car my heart kind of sunk, but after I made the block to fit perfectly and with the 40/60 weight bias, this setup is 100% fine.

Just curious, did you consider not using the puck in the rear and getting the Short block to cover the oval hole?

I had to get the extenders to make the lift easier on my daughters’s Optima and son’s Tacoma. Looks like it will fit the C8 nicely.

I'm going to purchase either the 5000EXT or the 7000EXT but am concerned with clearance on the 7000lb model. My car will be lowered an inch as well, so I'd be interested how much actual clearance @Phil1098 has with his QJ? Was there an extra inch there?

Lift point distance measurments
Measuring from the outside edges of installed Jack Pad Pucks, the distance equals 66 inches so a 5000 / 7000 QuickJack EXT model or an SLX Extension is necessary for the C8 lift points to be reached.
DIMENSIONS: Jack Pad Pucks; 2.5" Diameter lifting surface; 0.5" thick.

I have the QJ5000 also, but not the C8 yet. Sorry if I've overlooked this, but if I add the extensions will there be clearance without driving onto planks? I won't have sideskirts or a lowered car. If I have to use planks, will these not slide along a smooth concrete floor when driving onto them first?

TTT. Hoping someone can answer my reply above.
