Yes Dyer. They are definitely not on top of the corvette buyer needs. No status updates. However I am getting my car quicker than I expected. I put my deposit down in April. I almost went with Kerbeck. I was living 45 minutes from them when ordering. But I knew I was moving here and wanted to purchase where I would service. I will post when I get it and let you know how it goes.

I'm from Aventura, FL and my Silver Flair is at 3800. If all goes well, Museum Delivery is scheduled for Tuesday. I'll drive it home.
The only problem is GM has not released my car yet. I'm waiting everyday for the call that it's released and at the Museum.

I’m buying the car from a dealer in Ohio so it has to be delivered there first. I’ve got a car transporter lined up to bring it down to New Smyrna Beach Florida.
My dealer thought the car might arrive at the end of last week then he thought it might be Monday or Tuesday this week. He says he will get notification when the car leaves Bowling Green. So far it’s been total silence.

I posted the same question about shipping during the plant closer. The answer I got back was cars will still be shipped even though no cars are produced this week. Oh and I forgot to mention my car is also SFM.

Mine was built 1/18 and is at 4000 sitting in BG. Dealers says he can't find out why it hasn't shipped yet. Sounds strange that so many have been built and are stalled at 4000. Anyone getting any answers?

Even though the weather is fine in Florida, there could be snow delays in shipping. Also if there were a number of builds scheduled for this week that were needed to fill the truck. All guesses. Hard to believe I am in such a hurry to write a $100,000 check.

I'm in South Florida. Would love to see one of those Silver Flares in person as I'm getting close to submitting my final build in the next month.

"Purchase where I have serviced?" Why? Making decisions like this baffles me. Evaluate the buying and servicing as two separate items. Will you be getting free bagels when you bring the C8 in for service, while those who bought elsewhere will have to buy their own breakfast?
