Wireless Adapter Suggestions
I have a 2020 C8 with wired AA. It has not been a problem until I now have a slightly larger case with my new phone. I'm going to stop using my cup phone holder as it is literally 1/8" too narrow to fit phone. So I'll just use the phone charger slot in the waterfall and add a wireless dongle. Reviews on Amazon are all over the place. Looking for one that has a great review from members here. No I'm not trading in my 2020 Game Changer for a newer version. Lol
Btw, the holder that ran out of room was my weathertech one. The other ones I have in my other vehicles are fine with my new phone and 1/3 the price.
The following is the "best" seller on Amazon, but not the one with the best reviews.

I know you have now purchased one, but for others looking down the road.....The Motorola MA1 was developed jointly with Google assistance. You do not have to install a software app on your phone, and the connection was seamless for me. I highly advise the Motorola product. I've used one for a year, and it has been flawless.
Prior to that, I had 2 AAWireless devices. They worked very well in a Hyundai Palisade I had, and on a Harley motorcycle, but would not work at all on a Genesis GV80 I bought. The company AAWireless offered little (no) help in figuring out why their device would work on the Palisade and not the GV80 (most may not know, they use the same infotainment design with minimum software revisions).
I also tried two other brands that came out through kickstarter, and both were buggy.

I use a CarPlay AI box that allows me to project any Android app onto the infotainment screen. You can also use it as a wireless AA adapter if you want. One of the advantages is that your phone only has to provide a wireless hotspot which isn't as energy intensive as wireless AA. It isn't perfect so if you are satisfied with the apps available in AA (and the responsiveness of AA) and your phone can keep up with AA when wirelessly charging then a wireless adapter is the best choice.

I just called weather tech and customer service wasn't. Apparently, they discovered their design flaw and now offer an extra wide head. They want to charge an additional $20 plus S&H for a new head piece. I can replace the entire phone holder for less on Amazon. Probably never purchasing another WT product only because of the service person's attitude. 100% didn't GAS. I'll go for the wireless instead - money isn't the issue. service is. I just received the wireless device. As soon as I can, I'll install and report back.

Final Update:
After returning wireless adapter (never really wanted one - phone in pocket is useless other than charging - poorly at best), for less than weathertech was going to charge me for a larger top piece, I purchased a competitive phone holder that is the best I've ever found or had. On Amazon, it looks like it was made for the C8 perfectly.
