Default Trying to decide this 327 engine

Hello, I have a 1968 327 engine in my 1924 Dodge Brothers Hot rod, and I'm trying to figure out how to decide the numbers on the flat spot behind the water pump.
It is as follows, 18N463273 then a space with what appears to be VOb22ME I don't know if the it's VO or V0 or V zero

Moved to C3 Tech since OP stated it is a 1968.

According to the Lime book suffix ME is for a 67 or 68 Camaro, 327 210hp 2B,PG. The 8 before N (Norwood) in the vin would indicate a 1968..
V(Flint assembly plant ) 06 (June) 22 day.
