I'm holding out a slight bit of hope that GM has been playing everyone all along & pulled off the ultimate subterfuge & it's not going to look exactly like everyone assumes it will.

I'm more into performance than aesthetics. Porsche just revealed their new GT4 with a sticker of $100K including destination charges. I look forward to seeing how the C8 will compete wtih the GT4. The GT4 will have the weight advantage, but that should be offset by the C8's significant HP advantage. So the C8 should easily be able to out-accelerate a GT4, but I suspect that the GT4 will have better braking and cornering speeds. I look forward to these cars dueling on some track like Watkins Glen.

I fricken hate it, ugly as hell, should of still made a front engine choice to. Out priced the average new Vette buyer. Did not learn apparently what Chrysler did to the Viper overpriced it and did not sell, the defenders of this Vette will be buyers who can afford a 120,000 car, but that is not Vettes base.
