Brian Cullen Chevrolet, in St Catharines. They are the #2 selling Corvette dealer in all of Canada (and in most recent times might even be #1 over Wilson Niblett)
They move their inventory pretty quickly though. And don't forget, NOBODY can get a C8 right now, so if someone wants a new Corvette during our short driving season up here, they know where to go.
And if any of those C7s happen to be leftover in their stock next spring, they'll sell them then because I doubt any GM dealer in Canada will have any C8s in stock for the first year, they'll all be sold orders that immediately go to customers.
PS-I know this dealer ordered an extra amount of C7s this year just to make sure they got a more substantial allocation of C8s, it's pretty smart if you ask me.
Is it possible or legal to order a C8 from a volume usa dealer and have it shipped to Canada?
GM dealers in the US are forbidden from selling new cars to Canadian residents, but they can get around it by putting a few miles on a brand new one and then selling it as a demo or a used one. But I don't think too many dealers want to take that risk as they could get in huge **** from GM. The main problem is that Canadians living in border cities would just pop over to the US side and buy cars there, and the dealers on the Canadian side would lose a ton of business, so that rule is in place to protect them.
There is also a warranty issue too, GM Canada will not honor the warranty on a car originally from the US, not until a certain time/mileage period has passed (one year or 12,000 miles I believe) So if you have a problem with that new car at first, you need to take it back to a US dealer.
Unless there is a delete option for that side door plastic and rear wing, you can have mine, rear looks like a Honda Civic-R Bet the Civic will be more fun to drive
