this is interesting if we look at past history there should not be a lot for us Canadian costumer for the first year of production, i think they hit a homerun with that car and everyone is going gaga now.

According to my salesman (same one I ordered my '14 C7 through) the dealership that he's at (also where I got my last two Corvettes from) they sell more Corvettes in western Canada than any other and their allocation for the 2020 C8 was only 21 (of which on is going to be mine).

Not a chance, I don't want everybody and their dog having a C8 up here, not only does it look bad but resale value for our cars will be worthless. Keep the numbers to a minimum up here, it does us absolutely no good flooding the market with C8's.

I’ve been told the allocations are lower than dealers expected. First round is very scarce relatively speaking. Lots of down payments are likely not getting filled with a car.

Hey, as long as you and I and other forum members have our name on one, I don't care. They could stop selling the C8 in Canada once we receive ours for all I care. People who are waiting for prices to come down or the first model run bs are just wasting time IMO, life's too short not to get what you want when you want.

I could not have said it better myself! Life is FAR too short not to have as much time in fun cars as possible If anything, I hope they keep Canadian allocations LOW for a couple of years. That way, when I want the C8 Z06, I'll get good value for my rare C8 Z51
