this is interesting if we look at past history there should not be a lot for us Canadian costumer for the first year of production, i think they hit a homerun with that car and everyone is going gaga now.
'20's a short model year...hopefully Canada can pull 1000 cars.
Dealers that sold get rewarded.
Lets see what BG can pull off w/2 shifts.
Will the vert be a '21?
Had a call from my dealer to see if I was interested in the C8, going to pass for the first year. If they couldn't get the A8 right wondering what issues might come up with this car, everything new top to bottom, don't feel like being a beta tester with this model. Oddly it worked out last time being up at the front of the line getting with the A6, better lucky than good

The 2020 Corvette will start production in December and end production in September. This time around the allocations are based on your total Corvette sales from Jan 1st, 2016 to June 30th, 2019

I may wait a couple of years to see how that tremec DCT fares.
Same here,I’m first allocation at my dealer.
We spoke this morning, expects many allocations ,he’s got good Corvette volume.
I dealt with the same dealer for my C7,and received his first allocation early October of 2013...only a few weeks after the American dealerships .
Expecting the same.
We sold 3 today, guys walking in off the street dropping 5K deposits.. i think this car is going to sell in crazy numbers, especially if GM gives us dealers some programs to work with
I hope GM Canada gives dealers more than the piddly 1000-1500 Corvettes they did at the start of C7 production! It's going to sell like crazy up here! The salesman that sold me my C7 told me he has gotten 14 deposits on the C8 just in the last 2 days alone! (and he already had lots of deposits even before the C8 was officially introduced, so chances are that his dealership might not have enough allocation to even sell to everyone who has put down a deposit recently
