I'm not going to crawl under my C8 if it's raised using the wrong / incorrect lifting points. To each his own. But those folks who have suffered injury or worse from the car falling are unfortunately not around to post about their issues... And BTW will your insurance cover if it's determined that you were the accidents' cause?
no pucks. Just use the tall blocks that come with the quickjack. I put a small notch in the front blocks so they don’t interfere with the belly pan.
there is no problem using the standard length quickjack, the front lines up perfectly with the second cutout in the bodywork at the frame.
I didn't notch mine when I used my 5000TL. Do you have any pics of tall block? I know a pic was posted in another thread but I can't find it.

Please let me/us know. The dimensions should be the same for both. The 7000 has a higher lifting capacity.
Thank you
I apologize for the lengthy delay in the response, the 5000 TLX was on back order, but I received it long before the carbon fiber parts that I expected to be here quite a while ago. The parts of finally arrived, and I put the C8 up on the lift for the first time today. I will say that I personally think the 5000 TLX is required the lifting points even on the extended Quickjack are barely long enough for the C8. Please see the photos showing that the Quickjack pucks are all the way at the end of the tray, both front and back and showing the spacing with the Small Quickjack pucks while in the lowered position.

A big thanks to you. I installed the Paragon jack pucks and received the 5000 TLX, but have not yet assembled it. Your post shows this will work.

One more thing, the first vehicle I lifted, was my wife’s Mercedes as it needed an oil change. I did that fairly quickly after receiving the Quickjack.
After using the Quickjack, one time and hanging it on the wall hangers as shown below I noticed a leak in one of the cylinders. Please see the attached photo.
I sent this information to Quickjack and they immediately replaced the cylinder. Their customer service was very good, but please be aware that this did happen to me.
The proper lifting points on the new C8 look quite wide apart. Can someone measure the distance between them front to back? My Quickjack 5000 has a maximum spacing of just under 60".
my 5000TLX is on back order but should ship end of month. I will let you know when I get mine ….. im guessing the fit would be the same the 7000 is the higher weight version so might be different..
just a heads up , I used Teflon tape and the sealant and let it sit overnight. Just a pointer, that thread sealer needs 24 hours, but I teflonned it anyway
For $200 I had this mod done, 14" long 5" U-channel lengthened the 5000TL by 6", fits the C8Z nicely, much better than a new 5000TXL and trying to flip the 5000TL. Note in picture 2 how the lower brace for the lifting arm was U-cut, which allows the QJ to go low for clearance of the extended U-channel.:
