Quick question, on average how much time do you have from 3000 to museum delivery? I'm hoping at least two plus months ...Would hate to drive to Michigan before mid April....
I’m sure a lot of us will receive the email update today but it’s still exciting to get. I guess from what I read this means the order is at 3000 status.
Congrats! I received the same email this morning, however we aren't "one of the first to order a 2022" we are actually the last to get a 2022! Let the games begin!!
I wonder where they are storing all the folders, they probably have 3000 of them. 😂😂
If every folder is a 1/4" thick a single stack of 3000 would make the stack 750" TALL= 62 1/2 feet high. That would take up 35 file cabinet draws. That could be a reason to sell over MSRP! It adds to their direct cost per car.
When did you get on their wait list? I sort on day on wait list.
I have no idea. A friend of mine told them I was wanting one and they called him and said it was time to order... It may have been a couple of months before that I suppose. They buy huge quantities of fleet trucks from them!
I think Criswell is under 1,000, MM & Ciocca are around 1,400 =/- for a reference. MM & Ciocca = 12-14 months +/- Criswell 16-18 month +/-
Under 1000 isn’t bad. I sent a deposit in to Ciocca when their ordering opened up. Got an email saying I was higher than number 4000. I just got my deposit back. Maybe I should have sent the second deposit in and stayed on the list if that many dropped off.

A number of guys have posted and being a truck buyer from a local dealer with no wait list. When the dealer got an allocation the call the buyer and he lucked out. A story from a PA dealer, they got a location with no buyer, so the talked a regular customer to sign for it and bought it back to put on their floor. The regular customer got to take it home and show it off the family, then brought it back with 30 miles on it. That same dealer had a IMSA edition on their floor for $155,000.

I think you are talking about the Z06 wait list? That's a whole different animal, I'm paying very little attention. Ciocca Bass C8 list is over 4331 but they are working on 31XX. I think base C8 wait list are still growing. I've told all my friends if you even think you might want one to get on a list now.

Yes, I was talking Z06. With C8 lists getting longer and them building up to 77 ZO6s a day wait times are going to get even longer.
Can we contact the National Corvette Museum for a status update even if we aren't doing a museum delivery? I went 3000 on 12/28 but haven't heard from my dealer about a TPW or reaching any new status.

Shane isn't a GM Employee, but does help the best he can. But from my understanding, he doesn't get paid to do this.
