4/1/2022 It's Adios Amigos. With all the chaos around the current GM constraints, buyers wanting Mag-Ride skipping their position and Non-Z51 buyers doing the same it will be impossible to keep track of Who's on First. And the 2022 MY ordering is done.
So I'm retiring the 2022 Ordering Tracking spreadsheet as of 3/31. I think is as up to date as possible.
A very BIG thanks for all your thanks and positive feedback. It's been my pleasure, plus I've learned a whole about GM on order process. But not having a Dog in the Hunt I'll move my time back to wood working. Custom Wood Work - ED's Wood Craft (edswoodcraft.com)

you’re keeping us in suspense !!!
WELL, when you finally stop drooling and driving tell us what it’s like !! Although I’m sure I know your answer 😁😁😁👍🏻
Oh' boy, I'm glad you asked, I need to get this out of my chest, haha! I have become the most popular man in Georgia, or the second one, third, or whatever if you know what I mean :-) ...for sure thou, it feels like I’m ‘the man’ of the hour LOL
The rest of the saga… last Saturday it became very real, we drove to RHD in Atlanta to pick up my 2022 Corvette VIN# 131. We finished picking up my Corvette at the dealer around 8:40 pm Saturday, one word to describe taking delivery: sensational! If you don't feel like you're on top of the world when taking delivery of your brand new C8, you're doing all wrong ...or you must be like this older gentlemen who I meet at my local dealer picking up his 2021 Corvette about two months ago who has purchased 74 new cars through his life (what a thrill for his wife, she was there with a huge smile too).
After picking up the C8, most of us in the family took turns driving the Corvette around Duluth/Atlanta. We were five (wife, daughter, son, son’s best friend and I), we felt like kids with a new toy which we couldn’t let go, non-stop joy riding the brand-new spanking Corvette, what a blast! The car is fantastic, it's everything I thought it will be plus 100 times better. After a quick bite to eat we headed back to Savannah (and my son back to college, Chattanooga, TN). We took the local route back home which meant we got home late, after 3:30 AM (due to prior commitments back in SAV the next day we couldn’t stay in ATL overnight). Anyhow, a couple of times at red lights two people made me roll down my window to tell me how beautiful my ride was, many others were making signs about the car while driving. At a gas station for a quick stop in Athens GA, after the football game had ended, the Corvette attracted people like a magnet who came around the car drooling 😊 also a drunk person who couldn’t stop talking about the car sexiness and curves, was he right! I decided quickly that was enough glory to feast on at that location. To say the least, I’ve now decided to hangout around gas stations LOL yesterday at SAM’s club a similar situation happened too, but without the drunk (I think…).
A little background, no one that really knows me knew anything about me getting into the C8 waiting list or the Corvette purchase Saturday, not at work, not at church/school, not neighbors, nor our family except for my wife and three children. The uniqueness circumstances of burying a Corvette today help us kept quiet about it (except for you guys here in this forum no one knew). So yesterday, I became popular at the function I assisted, people asked about the Corvette in the parking, then people coming to my table and asking me to come outside and show them my beautiful ride. This red Corvette calls for attention everywhere it goes so far, I wasn’t expecting that at all. To own a Corvette today it’s an amazing feeling.
Later in the afternoon we started adding and installing the many accessories I had accumulated over the last few months, including a few décor items for the garage.
So, what it’s like to own it: spectacular! And I hope everyone here joins me soon if you don’t already have one. Cheers!

I started a thread looking for 2022 orders but did it under Ciocca's name. I'd like to capture data from all dealers. Here is my spread sheet, please post your Dealer, date of 1st Deposit of the date you went on their wait list if they have no deposit required, your Wait List number if the dealer has one, the date of your second deposit or formal order, and your 3000 date and your TPW. See the spread sheet to see what I'm trying to do.
Les Stanford, 1st deposit 2/10/20, passed on an April order. Ordered 7/30/21, went to 3000 8/3/21, TPW 9/13/21
Davidson Chevrolet, Loveland Co. (only 9 allocations for 2021)
RPederson
1st Deposit $1000 5/20/2020 for a 2021
Wait # 4 for a 2022
Your on the top.
You are far more patient the I'd be. I'm on three list, I think Ciocca will come through with just a 5 month wait, and I only wanted 2022 from the start. I just had a car ship from Dallas TX to Philly for $750.
Criswell deposit 8/12/20 -- exactly one year ago today.
Order finally placed and second deposit (status 2000) 8/3/21
I have no idea of the current status, trying to find out from Corvette Concierge but they won't answer phone or email. I have an email into Shane and I'll let you know what I learn.
Just heard from Shane. Shane says my TPW is 9/6/2021. So please add that to my deposit of 8/12/20 and order placed of Tuesday last week.
Interesting. So you are the second person with a 2022 order and a TPW of 9/6. I also saw a 2021 order with a TPW of 9/6. So it looks like 9/6 will be the transition week and completion of the 2021's. Bodes well for all of us after.
