We have just been informed that the standard Stingray Package ( NON Z51 Package Car ) Is now on constraint along with Magnetic Ride Control for either package and could be on constraint until further notice. We do not know how long this constraint is going to last. There is a very small amount of availability of Non Z51 package cars and Magnetic ride control Nationally. To get you the best chance at getting your car placed with allocation, will you add the Z51 package to your car? This option costs $6345. Please let us know either way what you would like to do. If you do choose to go this route by adding the Z51 package to your car, we will need a new updated build from you so we can rebuild the car and send back to you to sign off.

Just talked with the concierge and was told my non-Z51 HTC is at #3400 which is being built today. The most interesting thing I learned was that they have been advised that, due to limited parts availability, both production shifts will be idled next week. It appears that 2022 production won’t continue after this week until 28 March, 2022. This interruption may also delay shipment; I’m not sure.

Well the way this whole process has gone for me, and my car being built yesterday, yep…I would expect a delay in shipping cars next week. 😂😂

Wait… WHAT? I have a TPW of 3-21-22 and my VIN# is 19862. I have deducted it will be built on Tuesday 3-22-22 mid shift. I thought they reserve the parts needed to build once it reaches Event Code 3400 Broadcast Production. There have been Crazy things with this C8, but this does not sound right. I don’t believe it. Crazy!

I just reported what the concierge told me. At least, we’re in the 3,000’s and expect our 2022’s to be built. You’re right, these are crazy times!

Well just heard from Shane at the museum. I'm out of QC hold and now at 4B00 bayed for shipment. Getting closer!!
I'm at 4B00 as well, was built 3-11... Shane told me that cars that have passed qc can still get shipped by Jack cooper when the plant is shut down, as long as they have a full truck load headed to that destination. I'm praying for my sake I get shipped out despite this plant closure. This whole ordering process has been exhausting

Lol I hope they can !!!! I hear that all cars require a 2 day minimum qc hold. I just don't get why they can't have the qc staff work next week at least ....

Dave, mine was built Tuesday and it has not even gone to Quality Control yet. This is information per Shane. He said that no one is working at the plant so if it has not gone through quality control, it will not be able to be looked at until the plant opens back up.
I was at RHD yesterday and saw four new C8s waiting, not for resale. What is your build?
Rapid Blue HTC w/ black roof and nacelles, red brake calipers, and the standard wheels. Did you see it?! I got the pictures of it today and ugh I can't wait anymore.
Important FYI. Corvettemods sold a defective part and won't refund nor nswap the item out. They are threatening me with a class action suit and now banned me from their website. So funny.

Yep, I talked to Shane, same situation still at 3800. Well, at least all next week there is no wondering what’s going on with it.
That is not the weekend wake up news I wanted to hear!! mine too was going to be built on Tuesday TPW 3-21-22 vin 19805 my dad's birthday is on Tuesday thinking that would be pretty awesome if it was built on his birthday. Since we are already at 3400, we should be getting our Vetts before 23 production starts, I hope.
