Hopefully the count will be corrected in the morning.

Rats, I would have loved for you to be right. I keep getting to 8 days before mine's built and then something happens. Your guess would have put me past that hurdle!

How did we do yesterday? I feel like I should be able to get a VIN but don’t want to keep hassling Shane. Already hit him up Monday and all he responded with was expect a week delay from quoted TPW. (11/1)

Can anyone offer any real encouragement?

I'd wait until Friday to ask for your VIN. Once you get that, it will be easier to track.

I got a similar response Monday from Lori.

Note that 7132 has now been assigned. I expect you and I have been given VINs as well. I’ll contact the Museum Friday. Betting on an 11/15 or 16 build and Museum delivery the week after Thanksgiving…

so you have your partial vin 7132? So why would you contact Shane or Lori again? Unless you have a museum delivery.

No, he's saying that SOMEONE got 7132, so they're at least that far along in assigning VINs. The two people talking in the therad do NOT yet have theirs, but the suspicion is that they are assigned, but have not yet been relayed.

7132 is the highest numbered VIN we're tracking and it is not Fred. There are another 14 cars that are being tracked without VIN and older or equal dates as the 7132, meaning a lot of VINs are likely assigned, but no one is going out and getting them.

I am a TPW of 11/1 and as of yesterday still no vin assigned (per Lori) meaning more than likely I am after the 7132 already taken. I received the last allocation from MM for Sept so I'm guessing mine will end up around 7300 or so. MM has not updated order tracking today but when I find out I will let everyone know. I'm hopeful for a real TPW of 11/15 if they go back to two shifts next week... If not then I'm guessing the end of the month or so.

I have 7132! I'm a member of NCM, so Shane call me with mine.

I did not think that WHEN we got the MM allocation (within a given month's group) mattered when BG threw everything into the production scheduler. Based on what I've been reading and seeing, coupled with your and my experiences, I believe I was thinking wrongly

Here's what I have, suggesting you will be Tuesday (FYI, I think there is no scheduled production on 11/11 for Veterans' Day):

11/3 estimated 92 built goes through VIN 5934
11/4 estimated 92 built goes through VIN 6026
11/5 estimated 92 built goes through VIN 6118
11/8 estimated 180 built goes through VIN 6298
11/9 estimated 180 built goes through VIN 6478
