You might over react to the acceleration and do something dumb.
I think you really need to go to Ron Fellows and be instructed to ease your concerns.
Good Luck ❗
I was only responding to another person's post with my experience about rapid acceleration being illegal.

And I've been to Ron Fellows...Twice...As well as the Jim Russell Racing School.

Rapid acceleration ticket cant hold up in court as they would need to define rapid acceleration Feet per second per second and prove you went over that. I have received one and easily won in court and also got everyone else's ticket thrown out from that cop that day where there wasn't undeniable proof. I asked the judge if he considered 6 second 0-60 fast and he said it could go either way and then let him know that my car was 60% slower than that so there was no way I could rapidly accelerate. When I got pulled over it was 3 in the morning and when the cop asked me how many drinks I had today I let him know day was only a few hours old so no more than a few. He asked me to step out of the car and I did. He said you must be an acholic because I wasn't showing any signs of alcohol. I informed him I hadn't had any alcohol just a few cokes. He got all pissed off and let me go and as I was merging back onto highway he pulled me over again and then gave me the ticket.
