So like many I have been waiting for my purchase gift model and finally today FedEx dropped it off (my car was built 9/15/21 and delivered 9/22/21). The model is correct; the box is addressed to me; the signed note card has the right VIN # and the color/style of the model are correct (coup/RM). The plaque has the wrong VIN #...not even close. My VIN ends in 5100663...the plaque has 5109978. Anyone else have this problem and/or any suggestions on how to get the correct VIN #?
Thanks/mk
Update: In case anyone else has a similar issue. Contacted Corvette Concierge (866-424-3892) today. They took my information; escalating the issue to Chevy Experience group (whoever that is?) and will either send out a new plaque or a whole new unit. If I don't have any update (through email) in a month I'm to reach back out to them. As I have more info I'll update this thread.

It's a keepsake...I want it to match. Not a big deal to you apparently and that's your prerogative; but not mine.
I'd want mine to match, too. Anyway, on the shipping box it came in, there should have been a label - From: Chevrolet Fulfillment Service with a phone number. I'd start there.
The plaque for my early build 2021 had the correct VIN but 2020 instead. I contacted Chevy Concierge and they said they would send a replacement. “Yea, right.” I thought. Sure enough, a new base with the correct plate arrived about six months later. Kudos to them. Start there.
As a last ditch effort... Ebay has plenty of metal embossed plaques that "probably" could be matched to the design and size of the original label. Give the supplier your VIN and let them make you a new one, probably for well under 10 bucks.

I have yet to receive mine and my car was delivered in Oct '21. I will call the concierge and report that my model is invisible and maybe they can reorder...
