So you mean to refill after a drain? Then yes, about 9 - 9/12 liters. I took10 to the dealer and they only opened 9.
If you mean the factory fill, that is 11 liters.

I agree the bottles are labeled as 1 liter but most of the product descriptions are labeled like this:

I wasn't arguing, I was just pointing out that it is understandable that some people call them quarts. That the way they are marketed. But the correct term is liters.
