Just a FYI I bought a Foxwell NT710 and it works perfectly on my 2022 Z51 HTC. What some people were doing wrong is not waiting for the car to warm up to 170 deg before running the flush test and trying to run the leak test after the car was warmed up, it needs to be cool as in right after the oil change.
I've tested the NT530 and NT710 on my 2021 C8, neither would perform either procedure. My clone unit worked just fine. There was no user error in my case, I tried one after the other and conditions were met.
Here's the deal... if you have a 2022-2023, pick up the cheaper units on Amazon and give them a shot. If they work, keep it and you're done. If it doesn't, and you've confirmed you have updated the device, and met the conditions to start the test... move on to other hardware.

I updated all service packages on the NT 710 and I'm now at GM 05.05.002 as @Pandorasback is in their video.
Today I finished my fills (oil and DCT) and went to conduct the DCT leak test via the NT 710. No go again... this device IS NOT WORKING on my 2021 C8.
I unplugged the NT 710, hooked up my laptop and my clone unit, and ran the leak test without issue.
Not sure what the differences are, but at this point is buyer beware (as you might have to return it).
