Seats will come out at the end of the week when we get our new axles here and get the car off the lift.

Reducing weight will be where I spend my money whenever the heck I actually get my car! Looking forward to seeing what options are developed.

Gspeed just posted 3625 lbs with full fluids. Damn near Camaro SS 1LE weight (+60 lbs) with 40 mm less tire and 1" less brake rotor on each front corner. That's gonna be tough on consumables.

Not to high jack the thread, but what did your supercharged C7 weigh or current C7Z06 with a full tank?

I can't remember off hand it's been a while since I've had to put a shop car on the scales.

C7z weighs about 3550 full tank. So the c8 z51 is 75 lbs heavier. Pooooooorky.

What's the car's spec (1, 2, 3LT)? Does it have front lift?

It is heavy for being NA and guess the gain from C7Z51 to C8Z51 is greater than C6Z51 to C7Z51 was, so not trending in the right direction.

Gspeed car has front end lift, that might be another variable for weight difference
