My car was bucking when coming to a stop. Ive owned and driven many DCT's and this is not normal. Took it into the dealer and they told me about the bulletin for reflash and flushing the trans. Bucking was still present and now being told I need a new trans at 560 miles. I waited a year for this???

Could you provide more detail on the bucking. How long are they telling you for a new DTC?
Well the saga continues. The bucking occurs when coming to a stop. kind of like a shudder downshifting coming to a stop. Every once in a while it would just stall out completely. They replaced the valve body because hey it cost less to do that but the problem still persists so now waiting for a new transmission.
I feel so sorry for you- GM is putting out some real crap with NO quality control - So many issues due to cheap parts, lack of pride in workmanship, software issues and GM engineering that is sub par.
There may be a wave of duds in the Spring considering many can't drive their cars appreciably enough to discover/develop this or other problems. Worse yet, I don't see GM stockpiling parts for this likelihood (a condensed period of failures) and dealers might not be too keen to put warranty work on the front burner. Small dealers with limited Corvette knowledge/experience could put those buyers in this unfortunate situation this Spring in especially bad shape. Likewise, if you buy from one of the major forum dealers and aren't close enough to get it serviced by them, you'll be "tail end charlie" at whatever dealer you hook up with at home as you bought your car elsewhere.

very frustrating...600 miles and now the dealer states 3 months for a new Transmission!
That really sux. I just posted in another thread that I just started getting a CEL and I checked the code and it’s a p0700 which is transmission. I’m hoping it’s not this bad!. Good luck with the replacement. I definitely would hate it being told 3 months without a car I’ve just got.
Hope this isn’t the start of a new transmission saga. Looks like my decision to wait until the third production year is a good one given I was never a fan of being an early adopter.

P0700 is the code that shows up when the transmission sends a code to turn on the check engine light. You need a different reader to get the actual transmission code.
Just took delivery of my Rapid Blue C8 last Thursday, 6 miles. I drove it to my house 2 miles and the shifting was BAD! CEL came on, took it to the local dealer and they confirmed the code, reset, drove around their lot and it threw the same code. Now with 8 miles the car is at the dealer. I am told GM has determine the DCT needs to be replace. No firm date but should expect 3-4 weeks. Not a good start to my mid engine experience.
