The only option I wanted in my 1LT C8 was the live view camera because I didn’t realize how much the high wing blocked the view and the overall poor rear visibility in C8’s. I decided I’d add the live view camera.

Bench test with everything working Remove the trim Remove the a pillar trim Remove cover, visor clip, and visor Stock mirror twists out. Remove panel. Route power wire and video cable Ran cable down a pillar and connected to rear fuse block on circuit 12 Hidden screws in the weatherstripping Remove header panel Disconnect b pillar harness Testing the lights work Remove old harness Remove all the screws under the weather stripping and two hidden ones on each end Arch removed easily to run harness Roughy harness to B pillar connector New harness routed on the hatch Routing the harness and making sure to seat the grommet Screws to hold up lights Lights installed Camera installed and mirror working

I am having intermittent problems with my camera. Acts like a loose connector somewhere. Any tips on finding it would be appreciated.
You seriously did a lot of work there! Great job! I do very much love that rear-view mirror camera. It makes visibility go from the worst ever to the best.
