Is the most track capable suspension they offer on the C7 & C8 Corvettes.
The video linked below explains that the computer controlled suspension leaves you second guessing the suspensions movements when near the limit of traction. What are your thoughts?
Why the corvette sucks on the track and what we are doing to fix it
Pure click bait. The mag ride in my C7 nor C8 have ever have left me second guessing the suspension... I sometimes second guess my own driving abilities, or the conditions in which I'm doing it in, but never the car's capabilities at/near the limits.
Let me guess: They slap on a few grand worth off off-the-shelf aftermarket parts that may or may not even be matched to one another and suddenly the car is capable of what the factory engineers logging millions of miles worth of R&D could never accomplish?
For heavy track use the only thing I'd really even considering adding would be a set of swaybars and some track pads/rotors to beef up the brakes. I'd leave the shocks & springs well enough alone unless it were a pure 100% track rig that never sees street duty.

Thanks for the reply. I'm just trying to get some input before deciding to purchase MRC as an option or not.
Well I guess it depends on what those engineers were trying to accomplish, hopefully a suspension that behaves consistent. Most reviews rave about its ability at the track. I don't know maybe the MotoIQ driver just pushes his car harder than most?

Or: he doesn't know what he's talking about? Given the years and years of research GM's done on the real time damping of their vehicles, and the driving skill of several of their development engineers, I'll take GM's word on it over some random scrub with an YouTube channel.
You'll regret not adding the MSRC to your car. You're not a better driver than the GM DEs are. Trust me on that.

I don't have a C8 but my C7 Z with the FE7 suspension doesn't exhibit any so called inconsistencies and if the driver is second guessing what the computers want to do maybe the driver isn't all that good of a driver.

Every one of the over 120 cars at Ron Fellows Spring Mountain Race way has Mag Ride. There's a reason for that. Because it works. Rides on rails
