After a lengthy research and You Tube clips I think I have narrowed it down to either the Billy Boat fusion as on my GS or the Corsa Extreme. Very impressed with the Corsa Extreme so far. The Lingenfelter You Tube clip comparison with OEM and the Corsa extreme is very impressive! Any C8 owners with the Corsa Extreme or B&B fusion and their experience would be helpful as well.
I have that CORSA for NPP in my garage right now, hopefully getting it installed very soon.
Cross plane will never sound exotic. For loud go straight pipe after the cats or regular exhaust with cat bypass. For incredible sound cat bypass with straight pipes. Had a Ferrari 575(v12) straight pipes after cats. Glorious sound. Viper GTS. No cats, straight pipe exhaust. When on it could be heard 1\2 mile away. Either way no problem idling past cops or quiet zones
I beg to differ, it might not have the long range revs having the extra 2000+ RPMs to run through, or as high a pitch, but the Topspeed Pro1 Titanium X Pipe paired with any sport cats or straight mid-pipes, has a super exotic sound. Especially on upshifts/downshifts. Or holding mid rpm range in 2nd/3rd. People always comment on my exhaust sounding like I have a flat plane. It’s pretty loud, downshifts to 3rd and 2nd create a lot of pops/burbles with flames at night. Cold starts are ridiculous. I couldn’t be happier and I was aiming for the exotic sound. I went with the cheap 2M sport cats also, no CEL with the paragon plugs. I imagine any titanium xpipe without mufflers paired with sport cats/mid pipes, would get you similar results.

[QUOTE=stevesvette;1606195994]No mention of Borla ATTAK or AWE, any members have either of these installed?[/QUOTE
I installed the AWE Track. It's VERY LOUD and sounds great. Very muscular. Great quality. Car is way more fun to drive now. 39 pounds lighter than the factory boat anchors. Car feels a little stronger as well.
Titanium exhausts - Are you guys really paying $5,000 to $8,000 for your exhausts ??
Nope. $3,300 for mine. And couldn’t be happier. Crazy light also. Like balancing on 2 fingers light.
Fabtech has one for $3200, similar design as Paragons. I chose Topspeed Pro1 cause it’s straight through no mufflers.

$3K , not bad. But aren't you sponsored ? Or is that the price ?
I was looking at LMRs site and they are $5k to $8k

I have Borla Atak with Fabspeed cats and it sounds phenomenal(and that is a huge understatement). It sounds like a tough V8 muscle car with all kinds of crackles and pops. It is LOUD though, especially on start up. But on touring mode it is actually not too loud unless you punch the gas and then it comes alive. If I had known it was going to sound this good, I would have done this a year ago.
Bump. Also looking for the loudest friggin exhaust. Bit I dont want drone in V8 mode. Dont care about V4 mode since I will never plan to be in that.
Also, anyone did an exhaust install DIY? Wondering if its doable for someone with minimal experience. How much harder is it than DIY bumper removal / high wing replacement?
