The dealer where I purchased the car replaced my cluster on Monday (3rd). The issue of pixelating and the black lines is gone! I am glad it was under warranty and seemed to be an easy install. No car is perfect. All is well.

We've had a couple 2023's that requires a screen replacement. We tried programming updates first, at the direction of GM, but when that didn't work, they had us order a new screen and it seems to have fixed the issue on them.

I guess I will need to make an appointment with my local dealer. Thanks to everyone for their comments and insight!

I don't know if this issue could be temperature related, I took the car out yesterday, and didn't have the issue for the first time since I bought the car. (Mid 60's).

kjlive, it is not that cold here in Tennessee and my car did it on every initial start up. It had been in the high 50's in the mornings and mine would still mess up. I would get it replaced and get it over with. Everyone so far (on the forum) has had a replacement to fix issue.

Well, I guess I need to make an appointment at a GM dealer in the Spring. The issue I was having with the dash flickering, going black and pixelating returned after the temperatures dropped again this year. I had this issue last December after I purchased the car. I initially thought it was a programming issue. After the car is started, the problem corrects itself. (You can see a video in one of my previous posts in the string). The temps yesterday in PA were low 50's. I took the car for a spin and had the same problem at start-up. Very frustrating.

Yes, KJ. I'm sure it won't go away without a replacement. I've never had a problem since my replacement. My 22 HTC has never had this issue? I've only heard about it on 23 models. Warranty will cover it....no big deal.

Thank you. I definitely need to get it taken care of. I was sure the issue had resolved itself.
