Thanks for sharing!! Let us know how it performs ie dragy or track if available. Aesthetically, it looks nice! Can you fit your top in the trunk? Lastly, I may have asked, but are the brackets and clamps metal?
thanks again!!

Yes the top fits in the trunk

the brackets are metal. Everything made is of high quality, it’s packaged really well. No complaints so far

I plan to get one as soon as they finish up the coupler so it’ll work with the pTR Carbon intake that I have. Eventuri said Paragon has figured it out and Eventuri is optimizing it. Paragon says they’re seeing good things with this setup. 👍🏽
Just waiting on the call that I can order..

I wish I had some measurable performance info to offer you but I don’t. I can say that the car does feel more responsive compared to before and also compared to my previous C8 that only had an exhaust. I also installed a Soler Performance throttle body this time when I did the intake so I’m sure those two combined are contributing. I don’t regret buying the intake, it is a bit pricey but everything it has to offer is worth it to me.

No updates on feedback? I wonder how much heat the metal components hold on this system, which can impact performance. It would be great to see independent testing on this unit done by a non-vendor or manufacture. Still interested though.

I would be somewhat surprised if you get more than 2 tenths shaved off the 1/4 with this intake. And if so, it would be worth purchasing.
Although I haven't been back to the drag strip, this Halltech performs like stock as indicated. Very hard to notice any power gains because my car is already fast when compared to others at the track. So if anything most gains will be at the bottom while keeping the rpm up in the power level according to dyno runs.....that's where the Halltech suppose to shine. It may be a while but time will tell.

Are you tracking that for a car at the C8's weight, losing 0.2s would need 25-30 crank horsepower? No intake is going to do that, I don't care if it's made by elves of carbon fiber impregnated with unicorn tears.

Nobody on this forum has run an cold air intake without other components through the quarter mile as I know of. Heck I have the combo now with the the Halltech 518. I am probably done at track until the fall when it gets a little cooler in Florida.

I had it installed on my Z06 and about a week after the install went for a drive everything felt and sounded good, went home parked in the garage as normal, the following day opened the garage door, started the car with my fob to let it warm up and after about 30 seconds it shut off, went to see why, restarted the car and CEL was on so I turned it off, and got an “emissions” notification on my app, took it to the dealership they said it was a misfire and had fuel moisture on cylinders 1, 3, 5, 7 showed me the plugs that they removed and replaced also said they cleaned the coils everything good to go….
so I thought, this went on several more times, and I’m now thinking that the car feels like it’s “flooded” or getting too much fuel, it wasn’t running or reacting as crisp as it had been, parked it no CEL and a few days later I do the same crank with fob and it shuts off, same thing “emissions” back to the dealership they do same thing again and this happens a total of 4 times, last time I took the car and left it with them and said keep it and please figure out why it’s doing this. Car was there a month and they were in contact with GM Tech trying everything before going internal, they thought possible cam phaser issues, but before they went internal I asked if the Eventuri could have anything to do with it misfiring, they didn’t think so but after trying everything before going internal they said let’s put the OEM intake back on and see if that fixes or at least get the car back to all OEM, I got the car back and knock on wood it’s run great without issues.
I’ve talked with several other people who have Eventuri on their cars and have way more knowledge of Corvettes than I and no one else has ever had or heard of any issues until mine….of course, don’t know what the problem is/was but so far the car has run great now that it’s back to OEM, anyone else heard of any issue with the Eventuri for the Z06?
