transmission software upgrade
I have a buddy who has a 2021 who just took it in for a transmission software upgrade. I'm on my second c8 a 2024 and fortunately his upgrade doesn't pertain to me that I know of. He's describing when he's traveling about 40 mph coming to a stop. The car is in the touring mode and he's in 6th gear. When it shifts from 6 to 5 to 4 it seems smooth but when it downshifts from 4 to 3 it feels like the rpms raise.. He's thinking it just might be him because of the software upgrade. I didn't have any answerw for him other than telling him when I get in my car next I will pay attention to the downshifting of the tranny to see if my car does the same. Has anyone else had an upgrade and noticed anything unusual? Thanks
