I live in Connecticut and my 3 years is up in May. I just checked with my servicing dealer (bought the car out of state) and they quoted me an estimate of $1800 (12 quarts of fluid and filter). I have read that others have paid $900-$1200. Does anyone know of a dealer in Connecticut that might be more reasonable?

Had my 3-year completed 4 months ago. Capacity is 12 quarts but you will only get 10 quarts refill on a DTC fluid change.

Valvoline 888705 DCT Synthetic Fluid has the all important FFL-4 tested and approved application, without the ACDelco dealer price of $50+ a quart. Purchased 10 quarts from RockAuto.com for $76 + tax/shipping total $$92.

DTC Filter from RockAuto with tax/shipping $130.

My dealer 2.5 shop labor that included the Hydraulic Fluid Flush prior to changing the old filter and fluid.for me was $408 tax included.

$630 total price. I understand members will state it's not the marketing proprietary AC Delco DCT fluid however, many C8 owners have used the Valvoline FFL-4 certified 88705 without issues. My early 2020 C8 shifts perfect and is dyno tuned with rear wheel at 484hp.

It’s not $50/quart. But carry on.
