Can anyone post the actual C8 Wheel Alignment adjustment procedure if available?
I am in the process of purchasing a 2021 C8 Z-51 and intend to track it in short order.
I understand that there is an alignment jig needed to verify the caster setting with a digital level.
I intend to get it aligned at a trusted race shop but I don't think that they have the actual procedure. (The alignment jig can be purchased pretty easily.)
Any help appreciated
Thanks

Although this document is very helpful, I am hoping to find the actual factory service manual procedure for performing the wheel alignment that includes information such as under body panel preparation, torque values etc...

They didn't do that for the C7 and after 3,5 years of C8 production, I doubt they will do that for the C8. The bulletin that described how to do the C7 track alignment settings had warnings to the Customer who was supposed to be advised the track alignment settings weren't covered by the warranty and that the warranty wouldn't cover any damage to the tires or the car due to those settings. A factory service manual will never have any information that tells a dealer to perform any service not covered by the warranty. Can you imagine the litigious mess they would have if the FSM did include settings that weren't covered by the warranty?
I acknowledge what you have stated above regarding warranty and possible liability.
I would think that the factory service manual would specify the normal (stock specification) wheel alignment procedure as this is normal service item over time.....
The difference being the alternate alignment specification for track use as recommended by GM.
I am hoping that a person with a copy of the factory service manual could advise.

And yet, the version of the Service Manual that I have does have the information for the Track Alignment. It would make no sense for GM to publish the track preparation requirements in both the Owners Manual and the Track Preparation Guide, which includes a number of changes, and then not include the necessary procedures in the Service Manual. The manual also includes procedures for transmission track fill. There are many many pages of the actual alignment procedures. Too many for me to figure out which ones to clip and post. But you can get an e-bay version of the manual real quick and see for yourself. Just search ebay for C8 corvette service manual. There are several available right now. Or get a temporary subscription to the manual and get the most up to date info..
