I’m a pilot so very familiar with GPS systems . I’m also not surprised is shows a half second slower given it using GPS satellite location and is a very inexpensive unit compared to any certified aircraft system.
We have all seen the position lag in systems like Google maps, but perhaps his unit has overcome the lag. Certified aircraft systems are incredibly accurate and very expensive. Ask me how I know.
Wonder if anyone has been able to check the accuracy Draggy or the onboard C8 systems?
I have an old accelerometer based unit I need to find and try. I think it’s still in the trunk of my C5 .
Dragy has been validated at multiple tracks across the country. No lag with it as it uses multiple satellites . Onboard PDR and dash timer will usually be half second slower or so.

Yes. Did my homework with YouTubers at the drag strip . Amazingly accurate.
One driver got better results actually sticking it to the roof of the car!
I order one. I’m convinced.

you can just place the dragy in the cup holder area or buy a windshield suction cup holder for $20.00 or less
