Default HELP! Intermittent Electrical issues!

2023 HTC Z51.
Hello, looking for some help on this. We’ve had this car since 9/2022 and have had intermittent error codes and simultaneously infotainment screen goes black. This all happens at once and will last for several minutes. Both front and rear cameras will not come on. This started in late 2023 but happened rarely enough we just tolerated it. It’s progressively gotten worse to the point it happens a few times a month. The local dealership did see the problem and replaced the Gateway Module. They returned the car and it happened again the very next day. We rescheduled and the dealer kept it for over a month and said they were working with Chevy Engineers to remedy. Then they said they couldn’t reproduce the problem. (Even though they could previously). Has anyone else experienced this issue. After scouring the forum for info, we believe it may be a damaged/pinched harness or connection. But we are unable to get the dealership to look any further. Obviously I need to go to another dealership, but was hoping to see if anyone else had some answers. Thanks for any help.
Info: Car is a daily driver. Never put on charger. Car drives and functions fine when this occurs.

What do you mean "intermittent error codes"? Are you referring to the messages depicted in the images you posted above, or are you referring to the actual underlying Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs)? While those messages may go away, if there are DTCs set, the code will remain in memory (history) for a number of ignition cycles, depending on the type of code. And the dealer can see those. Do you know what if any DTCs were set?

I'm sure you already know that many times when a bunch of unrelated DIC alerts appear on the DIC, with related DTCs set, its often caused by a low battery. Your battery is coming up on three years. Batteries can have intermittent internal issues. You might consider just replacing the battery. I assume they already checked the terminal connections.

Yes, DTCs are recorded. Dealership says they see them, but unless they stay active… they can’t repair. As far as the battery, I would agree. However, this all started when car was less than a year old. So I don’t see that being an issue. But yes, wouldn’t hurt to try a new one. Obviously the dealer I went to doesn’t care about fixing the issue, since it’s not a quick fix. They know it’s an issue or they wouldn’t have replaced the Gateway Module. Really appreciate the advice. Just hoping someone may have encountered this and found the cause.

Default Resolved!

Okay, problem has been resolved! Went to a new Dealership and they replaced the Video Processing Module. No more dash codes/DTC’s and the back up camera is working perfectly. I hope this helps anyone who may be experiencing similar issues.
