The Repealed EPA Act
Now that the EPA Act is repealed, do people who paid the $2600 Gas Guzzler Tax get a refund? Can we force dealerships to disable V4 mode?

You can already do both of those with a CarByte device. I have one and the V4 mode on my 23 SR is disabled.

A.I. says no.
For those in Calif, I hope this repeal has an effect to reduce state fees... CARB bureaucracy, smog checks, gas per gallon $1.30 tax, DMV add-ons, etc.

To bypass the auto start/stop function on a Corvette C8 (specifically 2026 E-Rays/ZR1s),

It's simple to disable, just drive in sport or track mode. In town I use sport mode, on the highway I use tour mode.
