Default V09 Radiator Cooling Improvements

As others have reported, the addition of the V09 radiator has made a tremendous difference in keeping both oil and coolant temps in control on the track. Prior to the addition, my oil temps would creep up into the high 240's and coolant temps would hit mid 230's. On long sessions this became an issue as the car did not appreciate those temps and I experienced reduction in power as well as some odd transmission shiftng behaviour (wouldn't down shift). Post installation using all GM parts, oil temps were 20-25 degrees cooler tracking coolant temps within about 5 degrees. Transmission temps stayed lower and stable throughout the sessions. On the street, oil temps run 30 degrees cooler than the coolant temperature whereas before they essentially tracked each other equally. It's the best "performance" mod i've done the the car outside of track tires and rims.

... and besides the performance improvements, I bet the transmission and differential life is also improved. Heat is the biggest enemy for the diff, and I bet GM wants us to replace the transmission fluid at every 24 hours of track duty due to diff (like they did for diff fluid in C7s). I also remember, when people hit low 250s F coolant temps on their C7 Z06s, many other things also started failing, like water pumps starting to leak, catalytic converters cracking, etc. In short, keeping things cool is of utmost imprtance for longevity of the car as well in my opinion.
