GM authority says it at 3434lbs with the carbon fiber wheels and Z07 track package.
Don't worry, someone will come on this thread and say it is too heavy for a track car, no matter what it is..

The above is dry weight. The US Curb weight should be known pretty soon with the EPA/NHTSA homologation OR figure out the liquid capacities from the published manual and use a weigh calculator like this one 1 liter of petrol in kg (coolconversion.com)

Here are the capacities if anyone wants to do the math:
coolant: 24.8 qt.
Engine oil: 8 qt.
fuel: 18.5 gal
Transmission: 11 liters (20.7lbs) for the Z51. I did not see a number for it in the OM; this is from Tremec's C8 product sheet.

Just did the rough math. I didn't get carried away with it... googled the weight of 1 gallon of gas (6lbs) and used that for everything but the transmission fluid. Just used the 20.7lbs for the transmission.
I came up with about 185lbs of fluids. In reality it will probably be more like 200lbs since oil is going to be heavier than fuel.
So at its lightest, the Z07 will be about 3634. Non-Z07 with the standard wheels and iron brakes probably 3750 or so. Fairly porky, but that's just they way it is with modern cars unless you want to spend a lot more money.
The Red Z06 that has been going around the country on tour (Z07 with Carbon Wheels) had the weight of 3703. The inside door tag picture was shown in a previous thread.

So add 41 lbs for the aluminum wheels to that 3703 lbs and you get 3744, or let's just say a curb weight for the Z07 option of 3750 lbs.
It's a heavy car that is going to grind through its very expensive 345 Sport Cup 2R's on track and cost you an arm and a leg to run if you prefer to run hard core laps. It's going to be fast but it's gonna hurt one's pocket book. They modeled it after a Ferrari 458 but they forgot about how light a sports car that is.

The last model year (2015) for the 458 is definitively lighter than a Z06 but at 3500 for the Spyder Italia it is in between McLaren and the Corvette. So lighter but not huge. A contemporary F8 Tributo is 3626.
C8 is not a light platform, as per previous generations and some competitors. The new Z06 is a ~3,700lb car, and an AWD Huracan is around the same weight. 911 GT3 is less than 3,200lbs. The weight is probably the biggest disappoint with the car for me. I wish it were 3,200lbs, but even a 3,500lb curb weight would have made it a much different (better!) car. Everything benefits from mass savings.
The weight of the LT6 being 2lbs more than a LT2 is both amazing and a little sad that they didn't make the rest of the car suitably light.
