Back when I had my 68, I'd do this all the time, but somewhere along the way I stopped doing it. Today I was attempting to clean my windshield and after spraying on Windex and wiping with a paper towel five times in a row with no luck, I finally remembered my old habit - newspapers!
Yep, all it took was a few strokes of a crumpled-up newspaper and that smeary film that seemed to NEVER go away, was gone.
LONG LIVE THE NEWSPAPER CLEANING METHOD - IT WORKS!
I used Windex, but I've heard of using Vinegar as well. For some reason I can't explain, the stuff that smears on most of my windows is just pushed around when I use paper towels. Something about newspapers sops it up very easily - it's amazing!

I learned from an old detail guy to use newspaper and vinegar. That has worked well for years and still does. However, I tried Stoners, invisable glass and that works fine. Just my opinion.
Might wanna consider trying a waffle weave microfiber. They work very well, and no ink transfer onto glass or hands. Works well with Stoners and DP's Krystal Vision.
