Default Engine Hoses

Can I apply 303 protectant to all the rubber hoses (radiator...etc) without damaging them?

303 is water based (no petro solvents and no silicones) Your hoses will probably benefit from its use. Also 303 will not attract dust like an oily silicone will. It really is great stuff!

Can it be used on weather seals (doors, hood, rear latch etc...) also ? (sorry for the hijack)

Yes, any vinyl, rubber, plastic that needs protection from the elements. I even use it on leather.
