Meguiar's Ultimate Fast Finish

Why even bother with the wax? Just do paint correction, UFF and then use detailing spray to keep it up. Or some people like to use spray waxes as maintenance as well. But to use a regular wax just defeats the purpose of this product, and that's a quick and easy way to protect your finish.

So this is as good as waxing the car? but no buffing etc just spray and wipe?!?!
If car is pretty clean can I just use this directly and without washing or polishing the car? It doesn't rain here and in general I usually just California duster and then quik detailer the car (but never waxed in 4 years), car is usually pretty clean.

I'm still using this stuff on my C7 and I'm still very impressed by it. I get a lot of bird bombs in the parking lot at work, and when I wipe them off they don't leave any etching behind. When I was using Zaino on my C6, those bird bombs would always etch into the paint.

It should perform well. Sealants always go on a car BEFORE applying wax, but Fast Finish seems to kind of "lock in" a wax job and extend its life a bit longer. The Fast Finish obviously won't last as long as if it was applied directly to clean paint, but it does make a good wax-protector, if that makes sense.
