Applied adams spray ceramic coating today to my C5 ( not the new UV one) after wash, clay and surface prep.
Application was super easy, rainbows in 1-2 minutes fully cures in hours. Adams claims 6-8 months of coverage.
I’ve also applied this to my Silverado a few weeks ago and have been pleased with the results so far. I park the Silverado outside and it’s seemed to do a great job protecting from the elements.
I so wanted to try that spray this summer but after watching some reviews on YouTube, I decided it wasn’t worth it. Love to hear your long term results.

Ill do some updating periodically maybe every month or so to let you guys know how it’s holding up. So far it’s worked well on the truck. Water beads right off and truck looks great. I plan on doing a full ceramic coating on the truck in the spring but wanted to do this to get me through the winter. I don’t have to time to fully correct and coat the vette right now so I figured this would be some nice protection and get me by until I can get to that. For the time it took to prep and apply and the cure time this is definitely a good option for someone looking to add some shine and protection.
Especially if you don’t necessarily want something permanent(4-5 year coatings) The permanent stuff kind scares me I had it done professional to a vehicle before and water dripped out of the head light after and I had a terrible water spot I couldn’t get rid of.
I used the spray coating back in June on my DD. Gives incredible shine after it cured and topped with ceramic boost. Adam's is wrong IMO on leaving it on for a minute or so. I left mine on for about 15 minutes before wiping it off. I think adhesion on it performs better if left on a little longer. At best, longevity was about 3 months for me with routine washings which are quite frequent for me. Not slamming the product but, it's a much easier product to work with vs.a traditional coating labor wise. Myself and my friend tried the 1 minute wipe off and the coating didn't adhere after the first wash. Longer flash time for us is what worked. Gonna try the new UV stuff after I use up my old bottle.

Nice, I’m definitely interested in trying the UV stuff. I didn’t quite buy the 1-2 minute thing either so I was waiting probably 5-10 hopefully that was enough. I’d be pretty happy if I got 3 months out of the truck until I can apply a traditional coating. Let me know how you like the UV stuff if you end up trying it.
My bud used the UV spray yesterday and claimed it's tackier than the original spray coating. I'll probably order the UV when I use up the old spray this spring. It's as easy as using a detail spray vs. the time consuming liquid application. You do get better protection with the liquid though but, I just don't have the patience to do the small sections at a time that it requires. I've found that the spray coating clashes with some details sprays that I use on my metallic black.

There are some really good coatings out there that you can apply to a panel or 2 before removing, 22ple HPC and Kamikaze Miyabi being 2 examples. Really cuts down on application time.
