New personial best
Well after a let down at the Bradenton NMCA race not being able to get down the track with a set of Hoosier slicks that decided to go away that weekend my new Hoosier tires finally showed up.Thought we would try 33.5-17 x 16 this time.We loaded up yesterday and went to the Pro Mod race at Sunshine Dragstrip in SaintPete. Not only was it 98 degrees out but the place was packed. In the heat of the day we went 4.53 at 157 mph.with a 1.04 - 60 ft. not once but three times. We qualified #6 so not bad but we drew #2 qualifier. The rest is history his 4.17 to my 4.53 not gonna happen.Oh ya he run's 904 cu.in. while we are still at 565 cu.in. We tried but next race will be the NMCA race at Milan Michigan August 26-28.Maybe we will have the big gun in by then

Not bad for a baby motor. I can't wait to see the numbers from the BIG motor. We are all behind you.

Congrats Kieth, if I were closer I would buy you a cigar from my cousins smoke shop, "Cape smoke shop", in your home town.

1.04 is nice Keith, no matter what engine you have in the car.
That should be a .9XX car with a bigger bullet, no?
What trans are you running?
I am thinking your competition was walking you after 200' out?
What was his MPH?
Nice pass no matter.
