My first post here since the new forum. OK, I have a 1990 Car as you all know. My tach is COMPLETELY out there. Very erratic. What will fix this thing to make it the way it was.? New filter? Or do I just plunk down the $75 or so and get a nice shift lite tach and mount it on the pillar?

I don't trust the stock tach and mounted a small shift light in the center of the cluster. As far as your problem, needless to say check the basics first (connections) and go from there.

1990 Corvette with 96' body kit, 383 CID, Callis crank, Oliver Billet rods, JE pistons, AFR 220 heads, ProCharger D1-X, F.A.S.T. fuel injection w/ wide band O2, 83# injectors, 2035 Weldon fuel pump, custom made liquid to air intercooler, 2" headers with custom made 3 1/2" mandrel bent dual exhaust, Turbo 400 with Gear Vendors Overdrive, Dana 44, carbon fiber half shafts. Programming DFI since 1988, supercharged since 1992.
