Beautiful setup!!
It's amazing that a big block will fit into the C4 engine bay between the rails and behind the crossmember. My old 69 had room to spare in there compared to a C4.
My guess as to what's in the car: cubic dollars!

I wonder if he can get it past emissions. He must someplace like Iowa. One nice thing about Iowa and other places is that they have no emissions tests, or at least didn't when I lved there not long ago.
