Check with any shop that turn flywheels. That is a blanchard grinder. I am going to take a swag at this and suspect you need to turn some rotors and want the to be true and flat, thus do them on a blanchard grinder.
My buddy owns a machine shop, and we were having problems with out 80 model with the brakes getting air in them. We used the blanchard grinder to true the rotors up, and then instlaled the VB kits, and we never had any more problems. THe VB kit with its O-Rings was the actual fix though.
Anyway, any shop that turns flywheels on a rotary machine is using a blanchard hone in most cases.
