Default Reading header glow for tuning

Did a test the other night. Placed the car in a dark area. Held the throttle open to about 3000 rpm for a minute. I was amazed to see the difference in the degree of glowing of the header pipes. #7 and #1, 4, 5, 6, 8 glow brightly. Numbers 2 and 3 do not glow.

The O2 sensor is on the #7 pipe. Datamaster indicates that #7 is running rich in low to mid throttle. I haven't done any part throttle tuning for the 30# injectors. At WOT, the dyno shows an excessively ocsillating power curve.

Are 2 and 3 normal, running richer than the others, or running leaner than the others?

Can no glow indicate that they are dumping unburnt fuel into the exhaust with a cool effect on the header pipes only to be burnt later?

Would it be would be worth getting the injectors matched before starting on my PROM burning?

Can't see any difference from reading the plugs. My guess is that 2 and 3 injectors may be flowing more than the others and unburnt fuel is being dumped into the headers and making the pipes run cooler. The car runs pretty well, but I do get a little backfiring between 2500 and 3000 when driving at part throttle, so unburnt fuel must be getting into the exhaust system.

Other info.
Timing is fine
Changing plugs made no diffence
Changing wires made no diffence
Distibuter cap is relatively new
Heads are low mileage
Valves are properly adjusted
